A few things you need to know about how we measure parcels
If you are sending a parcel yourself (not returning an existing parcel) then your parcel must weigh no more than 15kg, be no more than 120cm long and have a combined length and circumference of no more than 225cm.
If you are returning a parcel to a retailer then you can select either a Standard or a Large parcel return.
A Standard parcel return has a maximum weight of 15kg, a maximum length of 120cm and a combined length and circumference of no more than 225cm.
A Large parcel return can weigh up to 30kg and has a maximum length of 300cm and a combined length and circumference of no more than 400cm.
